I ordered hairy feet but was sent hairless. I don’t understand how I can order something and then it is not available when you despatch. My dog likes the treat, but I had wanted hairless that is what I would have ordered. Perhaps you should consider offering a credit instead of substituting and making the customer return unwanted items?

This is was the first time I had bought these. When they arrived I was a bit concerned about how big and strong they looked but my dog loved them. They will certainly be a very special treat for him. It did keep him occupied for quite a while and he kept going back to check he hadn’t missed any so I think that’s a very positive reaction from him.
